While most soba restaurants around the area close after 1:00 p.m., this one stays open a little longer, so it's a great option for those who missed lunch. The soba was handmade and the wild vegetable tempura was made with seasonal ingredients, so I was very satisfied.

On our way to Minami-Shinshu, two of us stopped by at around 12:30pm...A group of customers?The soba restaurant in front was full...We rang the bell at the table outside and waited, but no one came to take our orders...Finally, they came. Ms. Owner is frustrated because the conversation doesn't go well...I ordered the special tempura soba for 1,380 yen (hard boiled). When the tempura came out, I thought it was for 2 people, but I got another one of the same type! The soba noodles are handmade!? They are thick and delicious without soup ↑ Tempura is also goo with lots of summer vegetables↑ All the annoyances I had after entering were blown away (^^)

Chewy soba noodles and hearty tempura are the best.
