Massive bowl of Ramen. Very yummy. The salad bar was a great addition. the mountain on beansprouts was amazing. i will be back for sure!

I ate a large serving of noodles without soup (950 yen). If you order a set meal, you will receive a salad bar as a service, but if you order noodles, it will be added for an additional 200 yen. The thick, chewy sauce has thick, chewy noodles, and the toppings include bean sprouts, egg yolk, crumbled chicken, minced garlic, and fried onions. It's delicious and fun to mix them together and ``make it all together'' with all your heart.

The salad is extremely delicious. The set meal comes with a salad buffet where you can enjoy as many fresh Shinshu vegetables as you like. Onions, lettuce, grilled shimeji mushrooms, salad greens, paprika, and cucumber. When I took a bite, I felt the freshness and taste of fresh vegetables (obviously different from what I usually eat), and I was hooked on refilling it. Onions aren't spicy (in fact, they're sweet), so people who don't like onions might also enjoy this dish. I would be happy if you could add white wine vinegar or grain vinegar and flaxseed oil to the dressing section.
