Shinano, Nagano, Japan｜Arrowhead Tavern (Nojiri Coffee)

I’ve had breakfast and lunch here. The burger is their signature dish. I had one double with a Brooklyn lager. When I finished I immediately ordered another because of how good it was. Tacos were incredible and beautifully plated. Their breakfast menu is currently developing but I had their Avocado toast, Croque Madame, and Eggs Bacon and Toast all of which were amazing. They serve beer, wine, and cocktails. I’ve had their espresso martini, whisky sour, old fashioned, and aperol spritz. 6/5 stars if it were possible. Derrick and his staff are amazing and new head chef Daigo is a savant. Can’t wait to come back.
