This is my first time at this restaurant, and it's been about 10 years since I've been to Ramen University. I visited on a Saturday around 2pm. The restaurant was still crowded, but we were able to sit down right away without having to wait. I ordered the meat miso ramen and it was delivered in about 10 minutes. This miso ramen has a lot of pork belly and is very filling. Looking at the menu, there is also rich miso, and although I have never tried that, I think the regular miso ramen was rich enough. All of the store staff worked efficiently and the store had a very good impression.
