Iiyama, Nagano, Japan｜Kitchen fujine（キッチン フジィーネ）

This is such a nice place! It was recently opened by a chef who wanted to provide fine dining to his hometown of Iiyama (I think), and his passion really shines through! Everything sounded good (lots of pasta and comfort options), so it was hard to decide what to get! Just FYI, the main menu has English translations, but the dessert menu does not. I got the hamburger and rice option - it was so good and had so much cheese!!! There is also a drink bar with coffee, tea, and juice options. Additionally, the atmosphere is relaxed, modern, and tidy. Overall, it was just a great experience!

The roof is high and the walls are white, giving a sense of freedom. ・Fashionable presentation The arrangement was appetizing. I feel the commitment. ·delicious I ordered ``Fukumi Chicken Herb Saute''. It was chicken grilled with rosemary. The skin of the chicken was also carefully grilled, giving it a crispy texture. The vegetables that come with it also have a little bit of the core left, so you can enjoy the sweetness while eating it. The accompanying risotto is also made with the rice core intact. ・The owner is also nice The restaurant is probably run by a couple, and they serve customers at a reasonable distance. When I asked questions about sightseeing spots at checkout, the host also came out and explained the details. ・Affordable price The price range is just under 2000 yen, but since it includes an appetizer + main dish + dessert + drink bar, I think it's normal. ★Be careful here★ Since this is a privately run shop, the number of items is small. The portions are not large, so if you want a hearty meal, there are large portions available. Apparently you can also make risotto. We will use it again when we are nearby.
