Do not miss! Amazing. Possibly the best kamo (duck) soba I’ve ever had. Really roasted flavour to the tsuyu. Don’t usually go for it but I had the mini wasabi don as well and it was a delight!

Some of the best soba in Nagano. The tempura is delicious too

Very good soba, pleasant respite after days of hot-springs and walking through the forest.
