Since soba and sashimi were sold out, I ordered the fillet cutlet set meal. Crispy and voluminous, very satisfying! I would like to try Shinshu soba next time.

Friday, March 3, 2023 around 18:00 During the day, my 3rd grade son and I enjoyed the clear skies of Mt. Yokote and Shibu Pass, and then visited him after taking a bath. Since I'm not local, I did a Google search and decided on this one. The store was located along the street and was very easy to find. There are several parking spaces available in front of the store. Honestly, it's not that big. I realized later that there was also a large parking lot a little further away. There are quite a few tables for four people in the tatami room, so you can relax. My son ordered the sashimi platter set meal, I ordered the fillet cutlet set meal, and one dish was fried octopus. Both of us hadn't eaten anything since we ate two pieces of bread at the top of Mt. Yokote around 11 o'clock, and we were both quite hungry... We were having a bit of a fight with my son, who wanted to eat only chicken and soba (lol). The most important thing was the taste, it was very delicious. The fillet cutlet is fried crispy and the meat is tender. I gave one of the three to my son, and he praised it, saying, "It's delicious!" My son ate most of the sashimi, and he thought it was very delicious. The miso soup was delicious... My wife and second son weren't able to come this time, but my eldest son seemed to really like it and said, ``Next time I come with my mom and I, we'll definitely come here!!'' The menu is also extensive. Next time I would like to eat eel. Thank you for the treat! !

I visited you on January 2nd. I intended to eat soba, but ended up ordering the fillet cutlet set meal! Soft, crispy and very delicious. My partner was eating monkey soba. I took a bite and it was delicious with just the right amount of chewiness. While we were eating, locals started coming in one after another, and the restaurant quickly became lively. This is a restaurant loved by locals. I want to go eat there again.
