Yamanochi, Nagano, Japan｜山ノ内大勝軒

All of the menu items are expensive, probably due to being a tourist destination, but the ramen, mori soba, set meals, and rice bowls are well-sized and of high quality. I'm also acquainted with the owner, so I think communication is good.

It's great to be able to eat Taishoken in such a deep mountain of Shiga Kogen! I ate a special Morisoba. The sour and spicy soup matches the noodles and is delicious. The scenery is also good ♪

I never went to Taishoken Higashiikebukuro when Mr. Yamagishi was alive, but I ate at Taishoken Yamanouchi, which is the closest to heaven, because I thought it had the closest taste to Mr. Yamagishi's. Second time this year. The sweet, sour and spicy soup made with gara seafood goes perfectly with the soft, thick noodles. The good thing about Taishoken and Marunaga is that it's delicious even when it's warm or cold. I definitely like it better than rich, rich pork bone seafood.
