Delightful little spot with the funniest owners. The food was tasty and kept on coming. The alcohol was great. As foreigners we felt welcomed by the owners and had the best time chatting with locals in broken Japanese! Best izakaya in Japan for us. 10/10 will do again!

We were there all alone for dinner. The chef made us a simple delicious dinner - Oden & udon meatball soup with some fruits and appetiser meat! He was humorous and thoughtful. There is absolutely no menu and even if you asked for something in repeat, he might serve you something else 😆 All in all, an excellent experience and a must go in Yudanaka!

A local, small, cozy and special izakaya-bar. Owner is quite friendly and he likes talking, drinking and sometimes smoking. All things you need to do is just order drink, then he gives you whatever food he wants to cook. Price is reasonable (he even doesn't count but at least cheap). You can enjoy chatting with regular customers and get tips for looking around the area.
