Good and authentic soba dishes. There is an English menu, and even though they say they don't speak English the owner is still trying is best to explain in English when you are a foreigner.

I don't understand the bad reviews this place was good and affordable, if you know a few words in Japanese the lady there seemed eager and friendly. I could have eaten several plates worth.

Exactly what I was looking for! Authentic, refreshing, home style soba. The only caution is that they barely know any English, but they do have an English menu.
