I had mushroom chashu ramen. Finishing time is fast I didn't come across many of them before I left or on my way home. This is my second time, and it's a simple and delicious ramen!

I found this Aizu ramen shop on my way to and from Yunokami Onsen from Saitama by car, and I always stop by at around noon. They also make hand-made noodles, and the noodles have a nice chewy texture and are curly and have a great texture. Miso flavor is good when it gets cold, but I prefer soy sauce flavor.
