Aizumisato, Fukushima, Japan｜Morino Kobayashi Shokudo

Visited Aizuwakamatsu City for sightseeing. I came here because I searched for restaurants and saw good reviews. There was a sign that the place was full...I was able to be seated after about 10 minutes. I immediately ordered Char Siu Men + Mini Sauce Katsudon. The rice bowl arrived in less than 5 minutes. The char siu is thick and plentiful! The seasoning is deep and delicious. The soup is also perfectly seasoned. I'm pretty full at this point... Next is the mini sauce cutlet bowl! The cutlet is soft and can be eaten without chewing too much. This one is definitely delicious too. It's a popular local store. I want to eat something again...

Ramen, regular ramen. The noodles and soup are nostalgic and very delicious ☆☆☆ The carrot tempura is Korean carrot, it's steamy and easy to eat and gives you energy. The katsudon with sweet sauce is also small but hearty and delicious! I would like to stop by again when I travel nearby.

There are about 7 thick slices of chashu, some of which are soft and chewy, so you won't feel full if you eat them all. It's a nice accent with Komatsuna in it.
