Aizumisato, Fukushima, Japan｜Soba Kasen

I received the Kannon set. There are 3 types of dipping sauces, so you can enjoy freshly ground soba in 3 flavors. All of them are delicious, with dried fish, Takato made with spicy radish juice, and warm chicken stock. The tempura and pickles were also delicious. Soba in Aizu is also delicious! Thank you for the meal.

Tenzaru comes with 3 types of dipping sauce, so you can enjoy various flavors. It is also nice to have warm dipping soup. A little regret that it was good to have a large serving.

From the parking lot to the store was a well-maintained garden with many flowers and trees. Perhaps because it was around 1:00 pm on a weekday, I was able to get in right away without waiting. I received Tenzaru at the store. Using buckwheat flour ground in a water wheel next to the store, the slightly thick soba noodles were fragrant, chewy, and had a special taste. Each of the three types of soup had its own unique flavor, the tempura was crispy, and the shrimp were thick, which made me happy!
