A classic diner. I really like the atmosphere. I ate the sauce cutlet bowl. Thick type from Nagano prefecture than Fukui prefecture. Unlike Nagano's juicy meat, the meat was firm and filling. The price is 1100 yen, which is reasonable for this type and very satisfying. The restaurant seems to be famous for its Shiokawa chicken offal, which has regional characteristics, so I would like to try that as well.

Visited around 3pm on a public holiday. There aren't many restaurants open around 3 o'clock, so that's helpful. There is also a parking lot, so it is easy to visit. I ordered a set of chicken offal and ramen. Although it was called a small ramen, it was quite filling and the sweet soup matched well with the noodles and was delicious. The chicken skin was really delicious.

I'm not interested in chicken skin offal, so I ordered the sauce cutlet bowl. Thick and crunchy juicy! The sauce was delicious too! ︎ It seems that about half of the other customers are ordering chicken skin motsu. When I checked out the kitchen, I could see the chicken skin, but it looked delicious. I thought I'd try it next time. It seems that the mother and son, who were told by the regulars that "Mother will come again", are doing it. Please be patient when it is crowded.
