I ordered the soy sauce ramen. The chewy texture of the unique hand-made noodles, which are mixed with thin and thick parts, is addictive. The soup has a gentle taste with seafood. As others have written, there is a strange sense of security as if you were back at home in the countryside. I was told to park the car on the left side of the store or park at Hirota station diagonally opposite the store.

The soy sauce ramen had a nostalgic taste. Both gyoza and ramen were delicious.
