Kitakata ramen has a light soy sauce flavor, and the noodles are thick and curly with a chewy texture, making it a delicious ramen to my liking! My wife had the ramen and fried rice set, and my son had the ramen and half-sauce katsudon set. Everyone was satisfied and full 👍 By the way, even if it wasn't a huge bowl of ramen, it was enough! This time I had the fried rice set. It was delicious.
