A famous Kitakata ramen restaurant near me that I often go to had a scary line of people and I couldn't even stop my car, so I decided to look for a new restaurant and found this restaurant in 2 seconds. In conclusion, it's a very delicious and nice restaurant. As the locals say, ``Ramen shops in Kitakata are called Kitakata ramen, no matter what the taste is.'' This shop happens to be positioned as a local Chinese restaurant in Kitakata. The owner said, ``If you eat ramen in Kitakata, it's Kitakata ramen.'' I ordered chashu noodles with back fat and gyoza. During holidays and other times when there are many tourists, the menu seems to be limited to ramen, but when I visited there were no other customers, so they served me gyoza. The so-called Kitakata ramen's char siu seems to be cut thin, but it is thick and packed with flavor, and the noodles go really well. The backfat also has a richer flavor which is very good. The noodles are smooth and go down very well. The gyoza was also flavored with garlic and very delicious. There are famous restaurants in the area, so if you're a ramen lover who likes information rather than ramen, I think this restaurant is a little different from Kitakata Ramen, and since it's a private restaurant, the inside of the restaurant is nice and clean. I don't think it fits with the master's unique storytelling style, but the ramen was very delicious and it was a nice restaurant. The owner in the illustration on the menu looks very similar.

It was simple ramen and it was great! The noodles were chewy and the char siew had a flavor that went well with the noodles. The price was low and I was very satisfied. The taste really showed the kindness of the owner!

The name is third-rate taste and the face seems to be first-class lol Tanmen vegetables were crunchy and delicious~
