Fujino's large serving of soy sauce ramen was delicious. The soup is based on chicken bones and pork bones, and is a wonderful, well-rounded soup with a strong flavor of whole chicken and several types of dried sardines. The noodles are authentically homemade, and there is a table next to the table where you can make the noodles, and a bag of wheat is exposed under the table. The thickness of the noodles varies, but they are delicious and convey the flavor of the noodles directly. The char siu is a masterpiece that has a slightly chewy texture, but the flavor of the meat spreads throughout your mouth. Since the amount of noodles in a regular serving will feel a little small, we recommend ordering a large serving from the beginning. On holidays, when the shop gets crowded, it may take some time to serve the ramen, but the ramen is carefully prepared, so please come and visit us with plenty of time and peace of mind. This is a famous restaurant where you can enjoy a wonderful soup that leaves a lingering taste of chicken in your mouth even after you finish eating the ramen. it's recommended.

Ordered the chashu wonton noodles. The soup here is delicious. The fragrant flavor and soy sauce flavor mix together, and you can't stop drinking. The char siu is soft, and the wonton is delicious with the soup. A cup of great satisfaction. Please note that the business hours have changed due to the influence of the corona virus.

As someone familiar with Shirakawa ramen, I never thought I would be able to find such a delicious taste in Aizu. It's a few levels better than the poor Shirakawa Ramen. The springy and plump curly noodles, crunchy and thin bamboo shoots, triangular seaweed, and the unique Shirakawa flavor of the soup. It's an amount that you can easily eat like a snack, and it's hard to resist. Special mention should be made of salt Chinese food. This is also wonderful. Salt with a punch that sublimates Shirakawa ramen into salt. It seems that two people are doing it, so if there are 5 or 6 customers, you should be prepared for a little time. If it was in Shirakawa, it would be a super famous store that wouldn't have to wait in line.
