I ate delicious Japanese soba for the first time in a long time. The soba noodles have sweet taste, and I was very satisfied 🈵😃✨. Recommended if you like soba.

First visit. Follow the narrow road through the fields. There is space for 4-5 cars in front of the shop. I had Takato soba. The soba was fragrant, strained, cold, and perfect, and the soba-yu was cloudy and creamy, and I was satisfied. The soba soup was a little dark and spicy, probably because it was added to the grated soup. It may be different from the soup of zaru soba. The host was nice. This is a store I've been curious about and wanted to go to for a long time. Finally, I was able to go. It was more than I expected. was delicious. These are smooth noodles. (Completely different from rural soba) It feels more like Sarashina soba, but it's a little different. Needless to say, go ahead and enjoy it. My friend ordered tempura soba, and the vegetables were delicious. As expected, the owner is (supposedly) a farmer. It's hard to find the location of the store, but it's a yellow sign.
