More Comments at Google MapVisited Thursday evening. I asked without making a reservation, but I was seated right away. However, after that, he came to the store one after another, and he explained to the customers who came after a few groups that it would take more than an hour to prepare the food (some people left and some stayed). Last time I visited, it was lunch time, so I was at a loss because I didn't know how much a la carte was free. After worrying too much, we ordered based on the orders (number) of customers who came to the store after us and ordered smartly. Order boiled squid, mapo tofu (add Saigo pepper), boiled gyoza, and buckwheat porridge with pitan. Start with boiled squid. Simple seasoning, perhaps the cooking process is also simple... but it's very delicious. There are shops where squid has a strange smell, but here there is no such unpleasant smell or taste at all. All of a sudden, expectations rise. Next, boiled dumplings. Thank you for your consideration in putting out the light things in order. First of all, I was surprised by the deliciousness of the skin of boiled dumplings. I feel the deliciousness of wheat. There is also a delicious soup from inside. I didn't ask for xiao long bao this time, but I definitely want to eat it next time. The difference between mapo tofu and mapo tofu is whether to use bean sauce or Korean red pepper. I would like to try the mapo tofu next time, but compared to the delicious mapo tofu that I have eaten (at other stores), the spiciness and aroma are light and simple. The spiciness is mild. I added sansho (Japanese pepper), but it wasn't so numb that I couldn't tell the taste of the other dishes, probably because the sansho was coarsely ground, but it was a pleasant stimulus. Soba porridge is of course Chinese style. The pitan was a good accent. The buckwheat noodles have a chewy texture and suddenly fried in oil? fried? There was a crispy texture of buckwheat seeds and it was also fun. Overall, it was a light taste, but it was delicious that left a lingering impression even after eating. I would love to hear from you again.
Mapo tofu is delicious, and I also like fried noodles, so I asked for this combination that wasn't on the menu, and she kindly replied that it was fine. The taste was also better than I expected. I want to go again.
Whatever you eat is delicious! It's also great that they use local ingredients.
