I ordered green onion mustard wonton noodles. The flavor of Shirakawa ramen and the flavor of green onion and mustard matched well and it was very delicious.

I visited for the first time on Sunday lunch. I ordered wonton noodles. I enjoyed the thin wonton texture that is different from ramen noodles. The soup was light and not too salty, and I almost drank it all up. This saltiness was just right for me and it was delicious. The char siu has a smoked scent and is fragrant and delicious. Even the kids said it was delicious. I will ask again. Thank you for the meal.

The parking lot was always full and I couldn't enter, but I entered the store according to the opening time. I ordered the weekday-only salted wonton noodles, and my wife ordered the wonton noodles. Salt is of course delicious, but soy sauce is the classic Shirakawa ramen! this! That's what it feels like. The noodles were firm, which I liked. I personally like it more than the popular stores in my neighborhood.
