I came here for the first time since I became Hikaru with my family. The soup has a stable taste, and although it is a little salty, this saltiness is typical of Shirakawa ramen. There is a free parking lot on the east side of the store's premises, and there are about 20 spaces, but it is designed to be easy to enter. There are no frills on the exterior or interior, and it feels very clean and comfortable. We arrived at noon on a weekday, but the car was almost full and there was a long wait. When you enter the store, you write your name on the register on the left and wait outside for 10 minutes. We were seated under the careful guidance of a very friendly proprietress-like person and a cute employee. The people in this hall are very attentive, and when they run out of water, they quickly and casually fill it up⭕️. The food was served in about 5 minutes after ordering, which is great for those in a hurry⭕️. In the kitchen, a young craftsman with a lovely smile is draining the hot water. It's dark and cool◎. Now, regarding the taste, Shirakawa Ramen's classic soy sauce-based refreshing flavor is somewhere between Sano Ramen and Kitakata Ramen, but the dark soy sauce soup sprinkled with chicken oil is not salty. , it goes perfectly with curly noodles◎.
