Even though it was barely past 2pm, the store staff said, ``Okay, finally. ’ and guided me inside for the first time. I got the spicy offal ramen. The ramen was medium-thick, miso tanmen-based, and had motsu in it.It was not only spicy, but also had umami and a slight sourness. It had a lot of vegetables and was a filling bowl. Next time I would like to try the set meal or the lunch menu.

I heard that spicy offal ramen is delicious, so I went there while driving. It is a retro dining room that seems to have the scent of Showa! Without hesitation, I ordered the mustard offal ramen I was looking for. My wife had a salty taste of tanmen. The karashi offal has a punchy soup, and it was just the right amount of spiciness for me. It seems that the tanmen was crispy and delicious. I want to go eat again❗ I'm curious about the set meal too 🤔

It's on the way to Ten'eido Station. I searched for somewhere to have lunch, and the reviews were good, so I decided to try it. It feels like an old-fashioned set meal restaurant. There seems to be a small raised area and a counter in the front, and a tatami room in the back. I ordered the ginger grilled set meal. Ginger grilled meat is lightly battered. The flavor is quite strong. There's quite a lot of rice, so if it's this thick, you can use up the rice too lol This is my personal favorite seasoning! The accompanying macaroni salad is also perfectly al dente and delicious! I'm also curious about the ramen... Next time I'll try ordering ramen! -------------------------------------- Second visit! I ordered miso tanmen and gyoza. Does ramen come with fresh chili peppers? The flavor is strong, but the spiciness isn't too bad. The miso soup for miso tanmen was relatively light, and the vegetables were crunchy and delicious! Next time I will try the lunch menu 😁
