More Comments at Google MapI ordered a flavored egg with chashu soy sauce, a large serving, and chashu rice. Straight thin noodles go well with noodles! I don't like menma either, but it was so thin that I could eat it. It was also great to be able to buy Yamamatsuri products such as coffee and rice! I would also like to try miso and abura soba!
I had the Ajitama Pork Soy Sauce. The soy sauce flavor was on the top of the menu, so I chose soy sauce, but it seemed that many people chose miso and spicy miso. The noodles were firm and thin like Hakata ramen and had a chewy texture. Both the ingredients and the soup have a mild and straightforward flavor, and are there too many chemical seasonings? not at all? It seemed that it was not used, and it had a unique and gentle taste that set it apart. For those who were expecting a clear and modern taste, it seemed unclassifiable and dissatisfied, but it was a taste that you can relax and eat regardless of the season. I was very envious of this place where I could eat ramen like this.
It is a thin straight noodle that is not seen in the southern region of Fukushima Prefecture. Different from Shirakawa Ramen Spicy Miso Ajitama Char Siu Noodles I ate 5 spicy 😋 It's bright red, but... It's not "extremely spicy", it's a mild spiciness that blends into the whole soup. It's thin noodles, but there is a throat ✨ Even the soup was delicious 😋
