More Comments at Google MapThe photo shows a large serving of ramen set meal with offal stew. Stable Kitakata ramen and motsuni. Boiled offal is too delicious. I went to the store to try the offal boiled set meal, but I also wanted to eat ramen, so this is the result.
The char siu was flaky and delicious. Even char siu noodles may have been pelori! Next time, I definitely want to eat it, it was such a cup. Thank you for the meal.
There are 11 parking spaces on the store premises. I like that there is a lot of space between cars. The inside of the store is centered on table seats for four people, and there are no counter seats. There seems to be a tatami room when it is crowded. Take a seat and take an order, then pay. Kitakata ramen and motsuni are their specialties, and I ordered a dream-like ramen set meal (motsunikomi) where you can enjoy both at once. The offal is seasoned with white miso, but there are no vegetables or konnyaku, only small intestines of pigs, but it has no odor and is boiled until it becomes creamy, soft and delicious. However, you may feel a little salty if you don't eat it with rice. The Kitakata ramen was also an orthodox soy sauce ramen, and the chashu was a type that was stewed in soy sauce with a firm texture and was delicious.
