Tanagura, Fukushima, Japan｜Kanazawatei

A local recommended this place to me. Apparently they come to do interviews on TV etc. ^_^ When I enter a restaurant for the first time, I order ramen because I have a policy of ordering regular ramen first. Light soy sauce soup. Is the soup stock only dried sardines? The thick curly noodles had a nice texture. The chashu is also soft and delicious 😋 The gyoza I ordered separately was also delicious, with plenty of vegetables and chives. During the day, you could also order two kinds of daily set meal sets♪

The char siu noodles were chewy and slippery, the soup was light, and the char siu was absolutely delicious.

We had pork noodles (900 yen) and dumplings (400 yen). No complaints ★★★★★. I'm surprised at this quality even though it's not even a ramen specialty store. It was worth the long journey. I'll come back later.
