It was cold that day, so I tried the spicy hot pot fried udon for the first time. It warmed me up with the taste of kimchi chige nabe ★ My companion asked for a pheasant bamboo steamer, but since the pheasants didn't come in, I ended up using a duck bamboo steamer (lol) Well, it's delicious! In addition to these soba noodles, this place also has ramen and set meals, so I'm really worried (lol) Let's try the set meal next time! Also, I tried the pheasant hotpot, which is only available by reservation! ! They also have a subscription service, and even though it's a local store, I think it's cutting edge and amazing! !

Good atmosphere and polite. And delicious. Even though I eat ramen more often, I found the soba to be appealing in terms of taste and atmosphere.
