Entered for lunch on August 10, 2023. I ordered ramen with handmade noodles and it was a treat. I was impressed when I heard that it was 400 yen even though it was so delicious.

Great! First of all, CP. Ramen these days costs 400 yen and is handmade. If it was on the street, you'd get double the amount. Since it is a one-man operation, the turnover is not very good, but the customer service with a smile and a good impression is also good. I ordered a large serving of miso, which I highly recommend, but after the bowl was served, I was told there wasn't much left.At the time of payment, I was charged for a regular serving, and I was convinced that they had forgotten. The soup has a strong seafood flavor, and is thicker and more flavorful than the simple Shirakawa. The noodles have a lower water content than Shirakawa, and blend well with the soup.
