Yabuki, Fukushima, Japan｜Nishikawaya

I came to Yabuki because I was curious about the white tanmen.It's nostalgic for a local cafeteria. Anyway, it's delicious. I think everyone is about the same age as my deceased parents.

The white tanmen is quite good, and it's also fun to drink the soup because it's so good and regret it a little bit if you should have ordered a larger portion.

Second visit! Last time I had white tanmen, so today I had red miso ramen★ It's spicy, but not that spicy, so I think everyone can enjoy it! Even though it's called white tanmen hot tanmen, there aren't many vegetables (lol) The noodles here are delicious! Really delicious! ! Noodles as thick as a ramen shop that advertises Sapporo miso ramen! I don't know why Shirotanmen is white, but it's salty and delicious! You can have a large portion~★ There aren't that many types of ramen! Isn't the set meal as good as a regular ramen restaurant? I've never had a set meal before, so I'd like to try it next time.
