THE Shirakawa Ramen! It has a mellow taste, without the sharp edges of the soy sauce, and the chicken oil isn't strong either. The noodles are handmade, but they are soft and very chewy. The chicken bones they serve are delicious, and I'm really looking forward to them. Delivery is quick and turnover rate is good. Personally, this is my favorite ramen shop! Thank you for the meal.

It seems that it was too prosperous due to the influence of being broadcast on TV, the wontons were sold out, and there was almost no ordinary char siu, Instead, I was able to get a little more char siu men covered meat. I was very happy personally! While I was waiting for the chicken bones of the service, I was very satisfied with the seasoned soup called the Shirakawa ramen, the curly noodles with a lot of water, and the grilled meat. Family business? The atmosphere was warm, and the young lady serving customers was also doing her best while drinking Red Bull. Shirakawa is far away, so I don't think I can go there, but it was a delicious ramen that makes me want to go again.
