More Comments at Google MapI left Tokyo early in the morning after hearing that the couple who had rented their rice field for nearly a year to grow rice without pesticides about 15 years ago, and who had taken care of me every step of the way, had passed away. and visit. I felt something about this store, which has been on the block right next door for 16 years, and entered the store around 11:30. The shop is run by a husband and wife, and the wife's kind way of speaking and demeanor is just like the grandmother who taught us how to grow rice! I was able to spend a relaxing time. The taste was, of course, 5 stars, no complaints. “After all, the second piece of country soba was served at a later time.” Very satisfied! ! ! ! I look forward to visiting you again!
It was soba that went down well in my throat. The tempura was fried crisply, and the batter wasn't too thick, and it was full of volume with two shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, satsuma potatoes, green peppers, and eggplant. Even the soba soup was refreshing and delicious. Is buckwheat flour good? It is better to call before going. I called them just before they opened, but after I entered the store I kept getting calls for reservations.
Apparently you need to make a reservation (I was told that the amount of soba for that day is fixed, so you won't be able to eat it even if you come to the store), but on weekdays, if there is still soba available, it's OK, so please call to confirm. There are a total of 9 tables and 3 people at the counter, but the parking space is narrow with 7 cars. The host and his wife are in charge of the cooking, and when I look over the counter, I can see they are cooking with great speed and power.I ate 1.5 tempura soba, and the amount of tempura and the amount of soba and the taste. I was very satisfied with this, and the shrimp were delicious and crunchy right down to the tail.
