We recommend the Shirakawa ramen-style char siu noodles. But! This time only!! The shiitake bowl is also highly recommended. Ghost-sized shiitake mushrooms are deep-fried and cooked with a katsudon-like seasoning to create a filling dish. But no guilt because it's shiitake mushrooms! This is a dish that you should try at least once! Next time, I will go to eat char siu noodles!
