The noodles are made by blending whole wheat flour from Hokkaido, stone-ground it in a stone mill, and hand-pulling it. The tide is delicious! Personally, I also tried the soy sauce, but I recommend the tide! If you choose ``Special~'', you'll get everything including wontons, flavored eggs, chashu pork, etc., and the price won't change that much, so we recommend the special! Gyoza wings have an interesting shape. Both the tatami room and the tables are designed to maintain distance from other groups (rather than having fewer seats due to the coronavirus), so you can enjoy your meal without stress. It was nice to have free tissues and disposable chopsticks. There is a designated pitcher area for water, so you have to get up from your seat and go pour it.
My wife and I went to Miraku in Hirata village. I received a special Miraku Chinese soba ¥950. There is no guilt even if you drink up the soup with light soy sauce ramen
