You can enjoy traditional Aizu cuisine in a solemn atmosphere. The set includes traditional Aizu dishes such as small soy sauce, miso dengaku, simmered freshwater fish, and fresh soba noodles, allowing you to experience the culture of Aizu.

This is an old folk house with exhibits related to a historical local cuisine restaurant and Nepalese Buddha since 1972. When I was little, I used to go there to eat rice cakes and see the exciting Nepali Buddha and goods❣️. Aizu is said to be a place where Buddhism flourished, and the person who started it was probably the originator, whose atmosphere was different from that of Japanese Buddhism. He was fascinated by Nepal's Buddhist statues. I visited there for the first time in a while after it was relocated, and I had tofu dengaku (I had a light dish since it was a snack). The tofu was firm and delicious, the sweet and spicy miso was perfectly grilled, and it was absolutely delicious❣️Please give it a try! Signatures of Haruka Ayase of Yae no Sakura and Shinichi Chiba, who visited every year, are also displayed. I hope that many people will continue to visit this old folk house and preserve Aizu's history and food culture.
