I stopped by on my way back from going to Lake Inawashiro. There were many soba restaurants in the surrounding area. This restaurant had many customers ordering tempura (natto and dried squid) to take home. Ours was Tenzaru. Soba is by far the most delicious! The tempura was full of seasonal vegetables, and when they brought it to me, they politely told me, ``If you have any leftovers, you can take them home.'' After all, the food and customer service were attentive. It was a feast.

The combination of Zaru Soba and Natto Tempura, which have a strong aroma and the best texture, flavor, and texture, is truly unique. For over 35 years, this is the combination I always choose when I come here. Of course, the other menu items are also delicious. The owner's love for soba, food, and hometown, as well as his straightforwardness and dedication can be felt through his customer service, and I would like to continue to support this restaurant from the bottom of my heart.

Udon is delicious. The texture is just right. Cold udon can feel hard when you bite into it, but this udon has just the right amount of firmness and is smooth and chewy. Tenzaru udon (also soba) comes with a lot of crispy vegetable tempura (on this day, it was garland chrysanthemum, kelp, onion, carrot, eggplant, and sweet potato). The batter is crispy and light. Dried squid tempura is soft and easy to eat, and natto tempura is sticky and relaxing. According to the sake master, both dried squid and natto have a strong flavor, so they are recommended as a side dish with sake (laughs). It's been a long time since I've heard this, but it was delicious after all. I will ask again. It was a feast! (=ΦωΦ=) { A cat resting in front of the eaves.
