I visited around 1:30pm. I thought about ordering tempura with the soba, but was told it would take 30 minutes, so I gave up. I ordered a large serving of Takato soba. The handmade noodles were thin and very smooth. Soba-yu was rich and I liked it.

Second time. I ordered Takato soba. Soba noodles are thin and simple, but they are chewy and very delicious. You can adjust the soup to your liking with grated radish juice. It had a spiciness to my liking, and it was more satisfying than it looked, and the soba soup at the end was thick, rich, and delicious. It is the top level deliciousness in Aizu. As other reviews have said, it doesn't look like a store (in fact, it feels like you're visiting someone's home), but it's interesting and good. I'll come back later.

The way the soba noodles are sliced ​​into thin, even, rhythmic pieces looks like a precision machine! I was fascinated and thought, "This is a miracle..." Legends from the baseball world were also in attendance, and it was interesting to hear baseball stories from the greats!
