Amazing ramen with clear broth on top and miso on the bottom. Highly recommended!

It was my first time eating a cutlet! I thought it would be like pork cutlet, but I was surprised at how soft it was🙄 It was so soft and delicious that you could eat it with spinach! I heard that miso ramen is also popular, so I would like to try that next time.
