Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜手打ちそば処 箸ば味

I visited for the first time in a while! The location is on the way to Hunan. There is a parking lot across the road where you can park several cars. It is run by energetic older sisters. There's not a lot on the menu, but it's very reasonable, homey, and very delicious! Today I ordered tempura soba. 4 small side dishes, pickled vegetables, and 7 types of tempura (pumpkin, purple sweet potato, eggplant, sasagi leaves, shrimp, maitake mushrooms, and snap peas). The incense is of course handmade by the ladies. Even the vegetables are handmade. What surprised me was that the small bowl included carp wash! Such high-quality ingredients in a small bowl...(￣▽￣;) Is it good! It was my first time eating it, and it had no smell at all and was delicious. Soba soup has radish juice added first, and is eaten by diluting it with a thick soba soup. The radish soup wasn't too spicy, so it was easy to eat, and it was very refreshing (*^^*) Coffee and sweets served after the meal. Now 1100 yen is an absolute bargain! I used to come here often before the coronavirus, but it was really nice to be able to come here again after a long time. I used to come here in the spring, and they served Kosiabura rice onigiri and Inari-san with my after-meal coffee, and it was delicious. On the way home, I received some homemade pickled red turnips. Thank you (*´ 艸｀) I would like to go there with my family next time.

2019/9/21 Saturday 12:30 I had tempura soba! Vegetable heaven is delicious! A lot of small bowls! Boiled food is delicious! I'm full! It seems that there is no large serving, but it was enough! Very satisfied with 1100 yen.

I went there for the first time. You can eat in peace. I had the tempura soba. Both soba and tempura are Hanamaru. Also dipping sauce! I was surprised to see so many small bowls! What really impressed me was that there was simmered bamboo shoots and bracken! It tasted delicious. I couldn't finish the rice ball wrapped in perilla leaves and took it home. I was impressed by the quick movements of the ladies. I definitely want to go again!
