First visit on Friday, April 7, 2023 at 9:10. 4 first customers, 1 second customer. The parking lot is vast and can accommodate up to 30 large trucks. Weekdays from 6:30am to 2am, Sundays from 11am to midnight. There are 4 clerks at this time! There is a ticket vending machine immediately to the right of the entrance. I ordered a bowl of ramen with plenty of vegetables (890 yen) + medium portion (free until 9:30). The rice bowl arrived in about 5 minutes, probably because it was empty. The flavor was not as strong as the vegetable-filled ramen at Nihonmatsu Rasho that I had before, and it was delicious! Add vinegar and garlic, table items, to make the soup refreshing and give it depth. Many of the Rasho restaurants in Fukushima Prefecture are affiliated with this chain, and the ticket vending machines, menus, and free mid-size and large-size morning ramen systems are almost the same. However, each store has its own originality in terms of opening hours, ramen flavor and strength, free kimchi, etc., and it's fun to find a store that suits your taste. This type of rasho has a different amount of noodles from the rasho in the Kanto region, and a medium serving is about the same amount as a large serving of rasho in the Kanto region (depending on the restaurant). The vegetable ramen costs 890 yen, which seems a little high, but considering the amount of vegetables (400g) and the free extra noodles in the morning, it's much cheaper than Kanto Rasho.

My favorite ramen shop. I haven't been to Tsubaki much, so I decided to go and see it. Visited on a Saturday evening around 5pm. Only one guest. Green onion ramen and camellia ramen. One plate of kimchi per person. yeah, it's delicious ^^ And soon the green onion ramen arrived. Very fast delivery Tsubaki Ramen arrived soon. Both are definitely good ^^ It was a satisfying ramen. It was a feast!

I thought the signboard was different from the ramen shops in Kanto, so I looked into it, and in Fukushima Prefecture, Tsubaki-kei seems to be an independent shop that uses ingredients from Fukushima Prefecture, and there are several shops in the prefecture. Eating Tsubaki Ramen. Pork bones are blended into a soy sauce-based soup and topped with back fat. Personally, I found it too salty, but I thought it might be better with more depth of flavor. Lots of spring onions, lots of crunchy green onions, bean sprouts, menma, wakame, boiled eggs, chashu, seaweed, and noodles. The salty taste of the soup lingers at the end. Kimchi is free and you can add toppings such as garlic. The store has a large parking lot and can easily park large vehicles, making it a popular store.
