I visited at noon, so it was quite crowded. The karashi miso tanmen had the sweetness of vegetables, and the karashi miso ramen was spicy, but both had the mellowness of the miso and were delicious.

I got the Karashi Miso Ramen for 780 yen. Miso is a red miso type and has a sweet taste. The noodles are medium thick and slightly curly, which I like. Next time, I would like to try the set meal 🎵

Because there are no restaurants in the area, customers often come in at noon. A family of four, the owner and son shake the pot, prepare the rice and add toppings to the noodles as the landlady's job, and serve the food in the restaurant as the daughter. From the counter seats, you can see the food being prepared in the kitchen. However, the lotus root can also be used to taste the soup. Such a big proprietress knocked over a can of corn on the countertop, and about half of the corn was scattered on the countertop. We are also working to reduce food loss by returning it to cans. I'm sure many restaurants are similar, but it's a town Chinese that you can enjoy in front of you. The miso ramen has a good taste and is delicious, and of course there is corn on top (^^♪
