Inawashiro, Fukushima, Japan｜石筵の手打生そば猪苗代支店

A soba restaurant located along National Route 49 on the north side of Lake Inawashiro. I visited last winter, and the traditional way of making it caught my eye and gave me a feeling that it would be delicious. When I entered the store, I was greeted with traditional wooden construction and spacious seats with plenty of space, just as I expected. Both warm and cold soba noodles are crisp and have a nice aroma. It's soba noodles, but it was surprisingly filling. It was delicious, and I will be visiting again this season. Once inside the old folk house, the heat and humidity outside was gone, and the breeze from the fan made it feel nice. Until the soba I ordered arrived, I looked up at the ceiling and admired the antique furniture and pots. The soba noodles were delicious, but the grated radish might have been quite spicy. There are soba fields all around, so it was a feast for the eyes as we drove around after our meal.

Although it is a typical soba restaurant in a tourist area, the inside of the store is beautiful and the soba noodles are delicious and stable. At the time of entering the store, it was confirmed that only cold soba noodles could be served. I thought it would be fun to invite foreign friends.
