Visited the store for lunch after sightseeing. The parking lot has ample seating and a wide frontage for easy entry and exit. It was just before noon, but there were 4 groups. The inside has an old-fashioned feel to it, and the choko on display looks like it was from when the restaurant first opened just after the war, giving it a sense of history. Soba is mainly served cold, but they have also started offering warm soba (2 types). Orders will be placed at the table. The thin and smooth soba noodles were easy to eat and the gentle soup made them delicious, but the portion was larger than I expected and left me full. Today's lunch is in a place where you can see Atami Station. “Ishibata Soba Atami Main Store” It’s been several decades 😅 "Cold wild vegetable soba (large serving)" Continuing from yesterday's Azuma-san, today is also PP🏁 I had the store all to myself until I returned 🎵 The medium-thick Nihachi soba with plenty of wild vegetables is also very filling. It also contained rare soba noodles (^^) It was delicious🎵 This time it was out of stock so I couldn't eat it. I really wanted to make a comeback of “(Summer) Junsai Soba” this summer😃
