Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜Riberu

This is a Western restaurant with a casual and cute atmosphere, which is rare(?) in Koriyama. I've been going here and there for 2-3 years now. All menu items are voluminous and satisfying. It's a Western restaurant menu that is perfect, in a good sense, and will make you say, "Oh yeah, this is what a Western restaurant has to offer!" The menu is rich and this is it! It's hard to decide on a menu. Because everything is delicious. I don't think you can go wrong no matter what you order. Every time I eat prosciutto and spinach salad with sesame dressing, I can't recreate that taste at home. I wonder if the husband and wife are running the business (^^) The customer service seems to be modest, but I have the impression that the husband is a craftsman (lol) Thank you for always providing delicious food.

When I searched for omelet rice, Liber came up, so I visited the store. It's around 8pm on weekdays. I ordered an omelet rice and a salad for one person. Nostalgic chicken rice and runny eggs. And the demi-glace sauce was delicious! My friend also ordered grilled spaghetti, a hamburger steak, and a Caesar salad. I received a bite, but I think grilled spaghetti tastes better when eaten hot. Was it a little bland? I felt that.
