You can see the owner's desire for everyone to eat really delicious soba. The pizza is also excellent with fresh vegetables and other toppings on the chewy dough baked in the oven! I wanted to eat early, so I waited in the parking lot at 10:30 without eating breakfast. While I was waiting, I explored the fields, greenhouses, and facilities, but there was the smell of the firewood that was used to heat the visa kiln, and I was reminded of the nostalgic countryside. rice field. There are three raised tatami mats and tables inside the store and two on the terrace. I ordered tempura soba, zaru soba, and meat pizza. Shortly after, Tsure's tempura soba arrived! A good amount of soba noodles is put in a bamboo container, and the tempura is hot and crispy! My own zaru soba large serving has also arrived! First of all, I only had soba noodles, but the scent of soba spreads in my mouth, and I can see that they are doing a good job with a moderate amount of stiffness. Eat up in no time and wait for pizza. The pizza is cut and has a rich cheese aroma and the surface of the dough is crispy and the inside is chewy. I thought it would be amazing to bake such a perfect pizza in a wood-fired oven with difficult temperature control. I will ask you again.

This is my favorite soba restaurant. I've visited countless times. The barn next to our house has been remodeled, and on the first floor, Mr. Telephone bakes delicious pizzas in a pizza oven. On the second floor, his wife boils and serves soba noodles. The vegetable tempura is also very delicious. We recommend that you make a reservation.
