More Comments at Google MapI went there after reading the reviews. I went on Saturday at 12:00, so there was a line, but the rotation was fast, and I was able to get in in about 20 minutes after waiting for 5 groups. I ordered three types of noodles: Chinese noodles, pork bone soy sauce, and chashu noodles, and they were all delicious🎵 Speaking of greed, I like gyoza, so I think it would have been better if they had gyoza or rice options. However, the ramen was super delicious ✨
I came to the store around 13:30 on Monday, and the next person finished. A very well-balanced Shirakawa ramen classic. Perhaps the soft water from Fukasawa Meisui is the secret to its deliciousness, but it was a ramen that I would want to eat regularly. There's a good balance between the slightly edgy owner and the soft-spoken woman working the floor.
When I was touring on a Sunday, I arrived before the store opened, and there was already a line! It was finally time for the store to open, and since it was my first time visiting the store, I was excited to look at the menu, and the chashu wonton noodles caught my eye and I ordered them. The chashu came with three different parts and all were delicious. The soup is light but delicious! Personally, I think it's the best Shirakawa ramen I've ever eaten. I'll go again.
