Shina Soba Sumiya's soup looks like it has a strong taste just by looking at the color, but the soy sauce soup is surprisingly light ♡ The noodles are thin and my favorite type (*´˘`*) ♡ The chashu pork also has no smell and can be held with chopsticks. It was melt-in-your-mouth soft and delicious ♥

It's a hard place to find, but it was a delicious black 😄 Also, I repeated it🍜 and my husband and I both loved it😄

Thoroughly stewed chashu I like it
