Kagamiishi, Fukushima, Japan｜Kashiwaya

I went a little late on a weekday, and there were quite a few people. It felt like a lot, but it was so delicious that I could eat it all in one go. The parking lot is full on holidays. The price is also good and reasonable. There was a ramen with an unusual name, but they weren't offering it at that time... which is a shame.

I came here for the first time in about 20 years. I was looking for the zaru soba that I had eaten a long time ago, so I ate a large serving of zaru soba for ¥950 and an additional ¥900 for wariko soba. The cold soba noodles were thick and had a lot of water content, and were delicious. The split wild vegetables, grated yam, and tempura were all delicious. I'll come back later.
