Found this place by chance! The ramen was tasty!! The service was niceeeeeee. The atmosphere was superb 👍👍 It's got a local feeling but above standard local and above our expectations ☺️☺️

I searched for a ramen shop when I was passing by and found it. Turning at the Kikuta traffic light on National Route 49, I drove down a slightly narrow road, and at the end of the road, I saw a climb and saw a ramen noodle shop. There seems to be about 5 or 6 parking spaces in front of the store and a parking lot at the back of the store, so there doesn't seem to be a problem with parking. The store has a shoe rack at the entrance, and you take off your shoes and change into slippers before entering the store. It's a style you don't often see in ramen. Inside, there is a counter-style chair and table against the wall, and there is also a table for four people and one chair in the middle, giving it a small impression, so if there are 10 to 12 people inside, it will be full. . Even if you come to eat alone, you can eat calmly because the table is not occupied. I ordered a light white soy sauce ramen and rice balls🍙. I topped it with boiled egg. Oh my gosh, it was delicious. The thin, curly noodles were served in a thin soy sauce-colored soup, with different types of chashu elegantly arranged, and a boiled egg floating in the soup. You can tell it's delicious just by looking at it. (lol) The light colored soup is light but has a very deep and delicious taste.It has a traditional Chinese soba feel and is different from the Kitakata style or Shirakawa style. The curly thin noodles go well with it and it's amazing. Other chashu pork and green onions are also perfect. Two small rice balls are served. Although there are no toppings inside, it is delicious with the perfect amount of salt. It's been a long time since I drank all the ramen soup.

The kelp soup stock worked well. I got Chinese noodles. It was very light and delicious. There are two types of chashu, thickly sliced ​​and thinly sliced, and both were delicious, but I personally preferred the thinly sliced ​​one. I wanted to drink all of the soup, but since I had a large serving of noodles, I ended up leaving a little bit of the soup behind. I would like to visit you again.
