It was a thin soba of 28, but I enjoyed the scent of soba enough. It's not chewy, but the buckwheat spreads in your mouth every time you chew. The soup was a well-balanced and mellow soup with soy sauce corners removed. It was so delicious that I thought I could enjoy soba hot water with a little more soup. Cospa is too good above all! I ordered a large serving of 140g for a normal serving, but it also comes with tofu and pickles, which is a surprising 900 yen (tax included). Since a part of an ordinary house is used as a store, I was in a hurry to see if this was the right place for the first time. I was able to eat while looking at a very beautiful garden.

The soba was half with salt and wasabi, and half with soba sauce. Soba noodles are delicious, so you can do that. The pickled cucumber is sweet and rich, and then it's spicy? It has a pungent, mustard-like flavor that is addictive. I want to come in the spring and eat delicious soba while looking at the cherry blossoms.
