I thought I knew a delicious restaurant for tonkatsu, but this one has a high level of technical skill. The fillet cutlet I ordered was surprisingly soft and juicy. I thought fillet cutlet had little fat and was a little fibrous, but here it has an overwhelming gravy. The loin cutlet I ordered was also soft and delicious, but please try the fillet cutlet. When I asked for a large serving of rice to share with my child, it was so heavy that my left hand would get tired after serving as much as I could fit in a bowl (laughs). I think it was plus ¥100. The cutlet is also delicious and the volume is perfect The sashimi was also delicious. Confirmed revisit! ! \(^o^)/ I visited at lunch time, but the service time was very early even if it was crowded. There are 3 table seats and about 6 counter seats, but it is very crowded with people who fill up quickly and line up outside the store, and there is no parking space and people wait in their cars, so please come to the store with plenty of time. Recommended.

I've been going there for about 30 years now. The best pork cutlet restaurant in my opinion. I love tonkatsu, so I've eaten it at many different restaurants, but this one is the best. Even if the generation changes, it will always be delicious. If you think the taste has changed, it's probably due to memory correction.
